The Pentax 645 is a medium format single lens reflex film camera, Produced and manufactured by Pentax in 1984. The 645 Produces 15 6X4.5 exposures on a single roll of 120 film. 

The 645 has a built-in electroinc 1.5 frames per second motor driven vertical cloth focal plane shutter, with speeds from Bulb to 15 seconds and 1/1000th a second and a center-weighted TTL metering prism.
