Shipping Information
Once your order has been processed for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of payment being cleared. We use trusted courier partners for reliable delivery.
Shipping Options:
- Standard UK Delivery: Shipped via a tracked courier service at no cost on qualifying orders.
- Express UK Delivery: An expedited tracked delivery option is available for an additional charge.
- International Delivery: Orders shipped internationally via tracked courier services. Please note that as soon as a package arrives in your country, it is typically handed over to your national postal service for final delivery, where it remains trackable.
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders for cameras and accessories. For international orders, free tracked shipping is available once your cart meets a minimum order value threshold. Shipping charges apply for orders consisting only of 35mm film.
For international customers, please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Returns & Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. All online camera purchases come with a 14-day return policy. This allows you to inspect your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations. For a return to be accepted, the item(s) must be returned to us in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories. We cannot accept items that show signs of damage, alteration, or misuse.
How to Initiate a Return:
To begin a return, please submit a Return Request by contacting our Customer Support team directly through the contact form on our website. Please do not send any items back before receiving an authorised returns instruction from us. Once your return is authorised, we will provide you with the necessary instructions.
Processing Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. We will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the refund once the item is received. It may then take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service when returning an item, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit back to us.
30-Day Guarantee:
Your purchase is also covered by our market-leading 30-day guarantee for added assurance. This guarantee covers defects in conformity that existed at the time of delivery. It does not cover defects or damage resulting from accidental damage (such as water damage, oxidation, dropping, or impact), misuse, negligence, general wear and tear, or any repairs or modifications carried out by a third party not authorised by us. If a problem arises within the guarantee period, we will organise a repair or replacement for your camera.
